Your dashboard

Your business, in one place, on your phone.

This is the part people underestimate. The site is what your customers see. The dashboard is what you actually use, most days, for years. So we build it as carefully as the site.

(01) Install

It installs like an app

Open it once on your phone, add it to your home screen, and it behaves like any other app. No app store, no download, no update to install. Same thing on a laptop when you would rather use a keyboard.

One login, everything you own

If you have a restaurant with a menu and a blog, that is one account, not two. What appears depends on what your site actually does, so nobody is looking at a screen full of things that do not apply to them.

(02) What is in it

What you get depends on what your site does.

Nobody gets all of these. A restaurant sees its menu, a shop sees its orders, a guesthouse sees its enquiries. The list below is everything that exists; your login shows the parts that apply to you.

01
Your menu

Dishes, prices, photos, the order they appear in. Change a price and the menu on every table is changed. There is also a voice option: say what changed and it applies it, which is quicker than typing when you are standing in a kitchen.

Restaurants and cafes
02
Your shop

Products, photos, stock counts, variants like size and colour, and the orders as they come in. You can see what is selling and what has run out without doing sums.

Shops and anyone selling online
03
Your writing

A plain editor. Write the post, publish it, and it is on the site. Drafts stay private until you are ready. No formatting to fight with and nothing to email to anyone.

Any site with a blog
04
Your bookings

Set your real working hours, how long each service takes, and the gaps you want between them. People book the slots that are actually free. You see the day at a glance.

Salons, clinics, studios, anyone booking time
05
Your enquiries

Booking requests and contact-form messages land in one list with a status against each, so nothing gets buried under six other emails.

Guesthouses, apartments, anyone taking requests
06
Your guest list

For a wedding: who has replied, who is bringing whom, what everyone eats, and who still has not answered. It fills itself in as people RSVP.

Weddings
07
Your members

Who has joined, who is current, and how to reach them. Sign-ups from the site go straight in.

Clubs and associations
08
Your alerts

Choose what is worth interrupting you for. An order, a booking, a new enquiry. The message reaches your phone within seconds of it happening.

Everyone
(03) Alerts

Your phone tells you when something happens.

An order comes in, a booking request arrives, someone fills in your contact form. You get a message, straight away, wherever you are. You do not have to remember to check anything.

You choose what counts as worth interrupting you for, and you can turn any of it off. Nobody needs a notification every time a page is viewed, and we do not send you one.

(04) Leaving

You are not locked in by it

The dashboard is a convenience, not a hostage situation. Your content is yours, your domain is yours, and if you leave we are not holding your opening hours to ransom.

Start here. It costs nothing.

Tell us about your business. We will build the rest.

Fill in what you know and we take it from there. We will build you a real, working site with the panel behind it, and send you the link.

No payment to see it, and no obligation after. You only pay if you decide to keep it.
