How we handle your information

This page explains what we collect when you use this site and ask us for a free preview, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we keep the data small. The business behind this site is named in full, with its registration details, on our imprint page.
What we collect
When you fill in the preview-request form, you choose to send us: your business name, a short description of what your business does, your name, your email, and, if you add them, your phone number, a link to your current site or socials, and any note you write. We do not ask for anything else, and you do not need an account.
The site has a few other forms, and they all work the same way. If you book a call, your name and email go into our own booking system so the appointment exists and we can reach you. The demo hotel page shows the kinds of forms we build for clients, and those forms are real: a room request sends your details to our own request system, and the members-card signup stores your name and email (and phone, if you add it) in our own member registry, records that you ticked the consent box, and is meant to email you a single card link. You can ask for those details to be deleted at any time, from the card page or by emailing us.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies on this site. The site works without storing anything on your device for tracking. The one extra note it may keep is a seller's referral code, described below and on the cookies page.
Referral codes
If you book a call with a referral code, typed on the booking form or filled in from a seller's link, the booking records that code and who referred you, so we can pay them if you become a client. The seller sees your first name and how far things have got, never your email or phone.

Dacă programați un apel cu un cod de recomandare, scris în formularul de programare sau completat dintr-un link al unui vânzător, programarea înregistrează codul și cine v-a recomandat, ca să îl putem plăti dacă deveniți client. Vânzătorul vede prenumele dumneavoastră și stadiul discuției, niciodată adresa de email sau telefonul.
Video requests and brand uploads
When you ask us about a video for your business through our video form, you send us your answers (how you imagine the video, your business name and any website or Instagram you add), your name, your email, your phone number, and whether you would rather get a call or a WhatsApp message. If we then send you our brand form, you also send us your logo, photos of your place, your products or your team, your brand colours and any notes.
We use this to contact you about your video and to make it. The photos you upload are private: only we can see them, there is no public link to them, and they are deleted together with your response. Each response also keeps you in our own member registry as a customer of 450labs, with your name, email and phone.
The brand form has two boxes for offers, one for email and one for WhatsApp. Neither is ticked for you, and we send offers only on the channels you tick. Email offers start once you confirm the link we email you. Every offer email has a link to turn offers off, and you can also tell us on WhatsApp or by email at any time.
We keep all of this the way we keep any enquiry: while we are working on your video, and if nothing comes of it, until it is clearly no longer going anywhere. If you turned offers on, we keep your contact details until you turn them all off. You can ask us to delete any of it sooner.

Όταν μας ρωτάτε για ένα βίντεο για την επιχείρησή σας μέσα από τη φόρμα για το βίντεο, μας στέλνετε τις απαντήσεις σας (πώς φαντάζεστε το βίντεο, το όνομα της επιχείρησής σας και όποιο site ή Instagram προσθέσετε), το όνομά σας, το email σας, τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου σας και αν προτιμάτε τηλεφώνημα ή μήνυμα στο WhatsApp. Αν στη συνέχεια σας στείλουμε τη φόρμα για την ταυτότητα της επιχείρησής σας, μας στέλνετε επίσης το λογότυπό σας, φωτογραφίες από τον χώρο, τα προϊόντα ή την ομάδα σας, τα χρώματα της επιχείρησής σας και ό,τι σημειώσεις θέλετε.
Τα χρησιμοποιούμε για να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας για το βίντεο και για να το φτιάξουμε. Οι φωτογραφίες που ανεβάζετε είναι ιδιωτικές: τις βλέπουμε μόνο εμείς, δεν υπάρχει δημόσιος σύνδεσμος προς αυτές και διαγράφονται μαζί με την απάντησή σας. Με κάθε απάντηση σας καταχωρούμε επίσης ως πελάτη της 450labs στο δικό μας μητρώο μελών, με το όνομα, το email και το τηλέφωνό σας.
Η φόρμα για την ταυτότητα έχει δύο κουτάκια για προσφορές, ένα για email και ένα για WhatsApp. Κανένα δεν είναι επιλεγμένο από πριν, και στέλνουμε προσφορές μόνο από τα κανάλια που επιλέγετε εσείς. Οι προσφορές με email ξεκινούν όταν επιβεβαιώσετε τον σύνδεσμο που σας στέλνουμε. Κάθε email με προσφορές έχει σύνδεσμο για να τις σταματήσετε, και μπορείτε επίσης να μας το πείτε στο WhatsApp ή με email όποτε θέλετε. Οι προσφορές βασίζονται στη συγκατάθεσή σας, την οποία μπορείτε να ανακαλέσετε οποτεδήποτε.
Τα κρατάμε όπως κάθε αίτημα: όσο δουλεύουμε το βίντεό σας, και αν δεν συνεχίσουμε, μέχρι να φανεί καθαρά ότι η συζήτηση έκλεισε. Αν έχετε ενεργοποιήσει προσφορές, κρατάμε τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας σας μέχρι να τις απενεργοποιήσετε όλες. Μπορείτε να μας ζητήσετε να διαγράψουμε οτιδήποτε από αυτά νωρίτερα.

Când ne întrebați despre un videoclip pentru afacerea dumneavoastră prin formularul pentru videoclip, ne trimiteți răspunsurile (cum vă imaginați videoclipul, numele afacerii și orice site sau pagină de Instagram adăugați), numele, adresa de email, numărul de telefon și dacă preferați un apel sau un mesaj pe WhatsApp. Dacă apoi vă trimitem formularul pentru identitatea afacerii, ne trimiteți și logoul, fotografii cu locul, produsele sau echipa, culorile afacerii și orice alte note.
Le folosim ca să vă contactăm despre videoclip și ca să îl realizăm. Fotografiile pe care le încărcați sunt private: doar noi le vedem, nu există niciun link public către ele și se șterg împreună cu răspunsul dumneavoastră. Cu fiecare răspuns vă păstrăm și ca client al 450labs în propriul nostru registru de membri, cu numele, adresa de email și telefonul dumneavoastră.
Formularul pentru identitatea afacerii are două căsuțe pentru oferte, una pentru email și una pentru WhatsApp. Niciuna nu este bifată în locul dumneavoastră, iar ofertele le trimitem doar pe canalele pe care le bifați. Ofertele prin email încep după ce confirmați linkul pe care vi-l trimitem. Fiecare email cu oferte are un link prin care le puteți opri, și ne puteți spune oricând, pe WhatsApp sau prin email, să ne oprim. Ofertele se bazează pe consimțământul dumneavoastră, pe care îl puteți retrage oricând.
Le păstrăm la fel ca orice altă cerere: cât timp lucrăm la videoclipul dumneavoastră, iar dacă nu mergem mai departe, până când devine clar că discuția s-a încheiat. Dacă ați activat ofertele, păstrăm datele de contact până când le dezactivați pe toate. Ne puteți cere oricând să ștergem mai devreme oricare dintre aceste date.
Embedded video
The demo hotel page includes one video hosted on YouTube. When the page opens, your browser fetches the video's preview image from YouTube's image server; nothing else loads and nothing plays. If you press play, the video plays through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), and from that moment Google's own privacy policy applies to what the player does. If you never press play, the player never loads.
Site analytics
To see how the site is doing we run Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, on our own servers. It counts visits in aggregate: which pages get opened, roughly which country a visit comes from, and how people found us. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other sites, so we never learn who you are from it. More detail is on the cookies page.
Why we use it
Only for what you asked us for: to build the free preview you requested, or to talk to you about your video and make it, and to get back to you about it. Offers are the one exception, and we send them only if you ticked the box for them (see video requests and brand uploads). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services we rely on to host the site and send email, listed below.
Legal basis
We process what you send on the basis of your request: you are contacting us to start a possible working relationship, and we use the details to respond and prepare the preview. Offers rest on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
If we work together, we keep what we need for as long as we are working on your site. If nothing comes of it, we remove your enquiry once it is clearly no longer going anywhere. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Who else is involved
We use a hosting provider to run this site and an email provider to receive and reply to your message. They process the data only to provide those services to us. We choose providers that handle data responsibly.
If you become a client
Everything above is about this site and the preview stage. If you decide to buy, we set you up with an account on our platform, and from that point the 450labs services agreement governs what we do with your data, including the data-processing terms and the list of providers we rely on to run and host client sites.
Two things change at that point. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own checkout page, so your card details go to them and never to us. And a Greek invoice has to carry your business name, address and tax number, so we hold those to issue your invoices and keep them for as long as tax law says we must, which is longer than we would otherwise keep anything.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will sort it out. If you are in the EU and think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
